Refund Policy
AnswerScan is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, trials, or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. This page describes when we refund the one payment you made.
1. If the scan fails, you get your money back
If your scan fails to produce a report, you receive a full refund. No argument, no conditions. Contact us at info@flowstart.eu with the email address you used at checkout.
2. Withdrawal right and delivered reports
The report is digital content generated on demand and delivered immediately after payment. As stated in the Terms of Service, by completing checkout you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the EU 14-day withdrawal right is lost once the report has been generated and delivered.
If you change your mind before generation of the report has begun, you get a full refund.
3. If you are unhappy with a delivered report
AI engine answers vary between runs, and a low visibility score is a finding, not a defect. We therefore do not refund delivered reports as a rule. That said, if you believe your report is materially defective (for example, it clearly scanned the wrong business or a large share of checks failed), email us within 14 days of purchase and we will look at it. Refunds in these cases are at our discretion, and we err on the side of the buyer when the report genuinely did not do its job.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed by Stripe to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.
