Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of answerscan.eu and your purchase of an AnswerScan report. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The AnswerScan service is operated by Flowstart Kft, a company registered in Hungary, EU VAT number HU32538133, contact info@flowstart.eu.

Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record. Stripe is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment processing and applicable taxes on the transaction.

2. What you are buying

AnswerScan is a one-time digital service. You enter your business details, pay once by guest checkout, and receive a report on what AI assistants answer about your business in your chosen market and language.

• There are no user accounts and no passwords.
• There are no subscriptions, no trials, and no recurring charges. One payment, one report.
• Prices are stated in EUR at checkout.

3. How delivery works

The report is generated on demand, immediately after payment is confirmed, and is delivered as a private link on this site and by email to the address you gave at checkout. Generation typically takes minutes.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.

Because the report is digital content generated and delivered immediately after payment, by completing checkout you give your express consent to immediate performance of the contract and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the report has been generated and delivered (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m), and its national implementations).

If you withdraw before generation of the report has begun, you receive a full refund. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.

5. What the report is and is not

• The report reproduces, verbatim and date-stamped, what AI engines answered to a set of buyer-intent questions on the date of the scan. AI answers vary between runs and over time. The report is a snapshot, not a permanent record.
• Engine outputs are generated by third-party AI systems. They may contain errors. Statements in the report about your business or named competitors are the engines' output, not our assessment.
• Coverage of Google AI Overviews is best-effort and depends on third-party availability.
• We do not promise improved AI visibility, rankings, or any commercial outcome. The report is informational and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the business details you submit are accurate and that you are entitled to request a scan for the business you enter. You must not use the service to harass, defame, or investigate private individuals, or to probe businesses you have no legitimate interest in.

7. Intellectual property

You may use your report freely for your own business purposes, including sharing it internally or with your advisors. The scan pipeline, prompt methodology, site content, and report format remain the property of Flowstart Kft.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the report, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The service is provided as described in section 5; we do not warrant that engine output is accurate or complete.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your own member state.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
